Refund policy

At Barely Zen, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are consumable health supplements, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any opened or used gummies

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Sale or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@barelyzen.ca with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit-card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
