Shipping policy

All Barely Zen products are fulfilled by our trusted U.S. partner Supliful and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Time

  • Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a postal office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact support@barelyzen.ca so we can assist you.
